I have always been the kind of person who has something in her handbag to help an ailment or issue for a friend or colleague. Since I’ve discovered DoTERRA I’ve found that I need a bigger bag! 

Essential oils can help with so many conditions. The moment I smelt the wild orange I knew that I had a instant “mood booster” to hand. The smell is amazing, so uplifting, as are all the citrus oils – I add a couple of drops to a glass of water, stir it around, & every time I take a sip, I smell that wonderful aroma that instantly uplifts me.

That’s the amazing thing about DoTERRA essential oils – the guaranteed purity. This means that they can not only be inhaled, diffused & massaged onto the skin but can also be taken internally to improve cell health, mental health & overall well-being. 

This is the way forward for health, well-being & beautifying – prevention rather than cure – don’t forget “your health is your wealth” & maintaining your health – mentally & physically – should be a priority.
